The Oakdene Ladies Boutique is a warm, private and supportive space designed for women who are doing it tough. We offer more than just clothing — we offer an experience that treats women with dignity and care.
Appointments are available Tuesday and Thursday, and access is by referral or self-referral.

Clothing Hub
A real shopping experience with quality clothing and accessories selected with care.
Salon Services
Professional wash, cut, and blow-dry. No colouring or styling.
Private Space
A private fitting space where you can browse and try items in comfort.

Connection with other women and staff in a supportive environment.
Who Can Access
Eligibility and access
Automatic eligibility
You are automatically eligible if you meet any of these:
- Receiving Centrelink under $1,200/fortnight and hold a concession card
- You have been referred by a service or professional
- You are in crisis
Financial stress assessment
We will chat with you if 2 or more of these apply:
- Behind on rent
- Skipping meals
- 3 or more children
- Disability caring burden
- Limited disposable income
Maximum 2 visits per 12 months per household. Emergency override possible with staff approval.
How to access
You can be referred from services, health professionals, schools, or DV services. Self-referral is also welcome — simply get in touch to make an appointment.

We believe in access. If cost is a barrier, please speak with us. No woman will be turned away due to financial difficulty.
