Oakdene is a community charity based in Fairfield, Western Sydney. We work alongside people and families with practical support, connection, and pathways to further help.
At Oakdene House, we believe real change happens when people feel safe, seen and supported. Our work brings together counselling, peer connection and practical care so people can access help that feels human, local and achievable.
From individual counselling and group recovery programs to our kitchen, laundrette and boutique, every part of Oakdene is built around restoring hope and creating pathways forward.

Not always. Some supports may begin with a simple enquiry, while others may use a referral form.
Most of our services are free. Some community services such as the Ladies Boutique involve a small gold coin donation. We will always be upfront about any cost.
