Practical support, real connection, and a place to take the next step.

Oakdene House Foundation supports people and families facing addiction, hardship, homelessness, and life challenges through practical help, counselling, community programs, and connection to the right support.

Support that meets people where they are

Oakdene is a community charity based in Fairfield, Western Sydney. We work alongside people and families with practical support, connection, and pathways to further help.

At Oakdene House, we believe real change happens when people feel safe, seen and supported. Our work brings together counselling, peer connection and practical care so people can access help that feels human, local and achievable.

From individual counselling and group recovery programs to our kitchen, laundrette and boutique, every part of Oakdene is built around restoring hope and creating pathways forward.
